BLEND OSAKAが大切にしている、コミュニティのあり方について。 What we value as a community — and what we ask of everyone who joins us.
BLENDは、年齢・性別・国籍・職業・文化・バックグラウンドにかかわらず、さまざまな人が出会い、交流できる場所です。
私たちは、誰もが参加できる開かれたコミュニティでありたいと考えています。
ただし、「誰でも参加できること」と「どのような振る舞いも受け入れること」は同じではありません。
BLENDは、母体である ARTVRE の4つの理念を大切にしています。
BLEND is a place where people of any age, gender, nationality, occupation, culture, or background can meet and connect.
We want to remain an open community that anyone can join.
But being open to everyone does not mean accepting any kind of behavior.
BLEND holds close the four principles of our parent organization, ARTVRE.
想像
Imagine目に見えるものだけでなく、その人の背景や価値観、気持ちにも想像力を持つこと。
Extend imagination beyond what's visible — to a person's background, values, and feelings.
敬意
Respect年齢、性別、国籍、文化、考え方など、自分とは異なるものを尊重すること。
Respect what differs from your own — age, gender, nationality, culture, and ways of thinking.
高潔
Integrity誠実で、公正で、相手に対して責任あるコミュニケーションを心がけること。
Communicate with sincerity, fairness, and a sense of responsibility toward others.
進化
Evolve決めつけず、異なる価値観から学び、自分自身も柔軟に変化していくこと。
Stay free of assumptions, learn from different values, and remain willing to change.
BLENDでは、この理念に共感し、お互いを尊重しながらコミュニケーションを楽しんでいただくことを、すべての参加者にお願いしています。
世代や文化による違いも、BLENDにとって大切な「Diversity」のひとつです。一方で、他者を不快にさせる言動、差別的・侮辱的な発言、相手の境界線を尊重しない行為、過度な勧誘や一方的なコミュニケーションなど、他の参加者が安心して交流することを妨げる行為については、BLENDの理念に沿わないものとして、運営チームが対応する場合があります。
We ask every participant to share in these principles, and to enjoy communicating with mutual respect.
Differences across generations and cultures are part of the diversity BLEND values. At the same time, behavior that makes others uncomfortable — discriminatory or insulting remarks, disregard for someone's boundaries, excessive solicitation, or one-sided communication that keeps others from feeling safe — does not align with BLEND's principles, and our organizing team may take action in response.
Different people. Different values. One community.
違いがあるからこそ、出会う意味がある。

BLENDは、互いの違いを楽しみ、学び合いながら、誰もが安心して「自分らしく」いられるコミュニティを、皆さんと一緒につくっていきます。
BLEND wants to build, together with all of you, a community where everyone can enjoy and learn from our differences — and feel safe being themselves.
