主な業務内容Key Responsibilities
  • サービスを止めることなく提供し、事故を予防してゼロを目指すEnsure uninterrupted service delivery while working toward zero incidents
  • クライアント満足度を高め、業務・サービスを継続的に改善するRaise client satisfaction through continuous improvement of operations and service quality
  • ハードサービスリーダー・チームメンバー不在時のバックアップ対応Provide backup coverage when the Hard Services Leader or team members are unavailable
  • 施設・設備管理（受変電設備、非常用発電機、UPS・蓄電池、消防設備、給排水、空調、ボイラー、コンプレッサー、物流搬送設備、エレベーター、建屋内外装、照明 等）の予防保全・不具合対応・小中規模投資案件の計画立案Facility & equipment management (power distribution, emergency generators, UPS, fire safety, HVAC, boilers, compressors, conveyance systems, elevators, building envelope, lighting, etc.) — preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and small-to-mid scale capex projects
  • 防虫防鼠管理、セキュリティ、植栽・構内道路・舗装、レイアウト変更、廃棄物管理、業者管理Pest control, security, landscaping & site infrastructure, layout changes, waste management, and vendor management
  • SOPの理解・更新提案、社内マニュアルの整備、HSE基準の遵守・指導、コスト管理・削減提案Understand and propose updates to client SOPs, maintain internal manuals, ensure HSE compliance, and identify cost-saving opportunities
求める人物像About You
  • 未経験可。設備施設管理・機械・電気・建築・ファシリティ管理いずれかのご経験があれば尚可No prior experience required — experience in facility, mechanical, electrical, architectural, or FM operations is a plus
  • チームを巻き込みながら課題解決を主導するリーダーシップLeadership to engage your team and drive problem-solving
  • 原因分析力・恒久対策の立案力、将来的なリスクを見据えた提案力Strong root-cause analysis and proactive risk mitigation skills
  • クライアント・業者と信頼関係を築ける、誠実で円滑なコミュニケーション力Sincere, effective communication that builds trust with clients and vendors
  • Excel・Word・PowerPoint・Outlookの実務スキルPractical proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • 英語スキル（定期レポート作成・電話会議・メール対応）があれば尚可English ability (reports, calls, email) is a plus

大阪市福島区・海老江の一軒家リノベーションスタジオ「WE Studio Ebie」。TRX・ハンモックヨガ・バンジーフィットネスを柱にした新ブランドの立ち上げを進めており、新しいレッスンづくりに携われる環境です。既存会員は30〜50代女性が中心で、競技志向より「楽しく続けられる運動」を大切にしています。 WE Studio Ebie is a house-renovation studio in Ebie, Fukushima-ku, Osaka. They're launching a new brand built around TRX, hammock (aerial) yoga, and bungee fitness, with room to help shape new lessons from the ground up. Members are mostly women in their 30s–50s who value enjoyable, sustainable movement over competitive training.

勤務時間Hours 曜日・時間帯 応相談（週1コマ〜OK） Days & times negotiable (from 1 lesson/week)
募集人数Openings 1〜2名 1–2 people
給与Pay 1レッスン固定給¥3,000＋参加者1名につき¥500のインセンティブ ¥3,000 flat rate per lesson, plus ¥500 incentive per participant
主な業務内容Key Responsibilities
  • ハンモックヨガ（エアリアルヨガ）のレッスン指導Teaching hammock (aerial) yoga lessons
  • TRXサスペンショントレーニングのレッスン指導Teaching TRX suspension training lessons
  • バンジーフィットネスのレッスン指導Teaching bungee fitness lessons
  • ※上記のいずれか、または複数をご担当いただきますYou'll take on one or more of the above, depending on your background
求める人物像About You
  • フィットネスインストラクターとしての実務経験1年以上（必須）1+ years of experience as a fitness instructor (required)
  • バンジーフィットネスまたはハンモックヨガ指導者の資格があれば尚可Bungee fitness or hammock yoga instructor certification is a plus
  • 運動初心者〜中級者に寄り添った丁寧な指導が得意な方Comfortable giving attentive guidance to beginner–intermediate participants
  • 副業・掛け持ち歓迎。週1コマからスタート可能Side work welcome — start from just one lesson a week
  • 日本語：ビジネス会話程度／英語：不要Japanese: business conversation level / English: not required
